Returns & Exchanges
At Casual Threat, every piece is designed with precision and intention. Due to the sculpting, body-contouring nature of our bandage garments and for hygiene reasons, all purchases are final sale.
We do not offer returns or refunds.
If you need sizing assistance, you may contact us at hello@casualthreat.com prior to purchasing.
Size Exchanges
We understand that achieving the perfect fit matters.
We offer size exchanges only under the following conditions:

Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

All tags and original packaging must be intact

No signs of wear, including stains, makeup, perfume, or damage
To request an exchange, please email hello@casualthreat.com with:

Your order number

Requested size
Once approved, the item must be shipped back to us. The replacement will be dispatched after a quality check.
Additional Notes:

Size exchanges are allowed once per order

Reverse shipping costs are to be borne by the customer

Exchanges are subject to stock availability

If the requested size is unavailable, store credit will be issued
Damages, defects, or incorrect items
We only accept claims if you receive:
- A damaged item
- A defective item
- An incorrect item
You must contact hello@casualthreat.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Your email must include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item
- Clear photos of the packaging
Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
If your claim is approved, Casual Threat will offer one of the following at our discretion:
Replacement of the item
1. Store credit OR
2. Refund to original payment method
Non-returnable items
All Casual Threat products are non-returnable due to hygiene and sanitation standards. This includes:
- All apparel items
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Order cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
