All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
During launches, restocks, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Casual Threat is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or stolen packages
Casual Threat is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the courier.
